ZAYN APP PORTAL (trading as ChessFeed.live) is a Sole Establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under License No. 1618454 and Commercial Register No. 2847459. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in connection with the platform in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data reasonably required to run live chess sessions, authenticate users, process queue activity, and resolve support or payment issues.

2.1. For All Users

• Identity Information: Username, display name, and email address.
• Chess Data: Linked Chess.com or Lichess usernames and public rating data.
• Authentication Data: Account credentials, session tokens, or OAuth data.
• Usage Data: Queue history, session timestamps, game participation, and support interactions.
• Transaction Data: Payment status, Stripe transaction references, and refund history.

2.2. Additional Data for Streamers

• Stripe Connect Data: Payout onboarding information handled and stored by Stripe.
• Public Profile Data: Avatar, bio, ratings, Twitch channel, pricing tiers, and public session stats.
• Operational Data: Queue performance, session completion history, earnings, and moderation history.
• Compliance Data: Any verification or tax information required by Stripe or applicable law.

3. How We Use Data

• Provide access to the platform and maintain account security.
• Operate queues, live sessions, public profiles, and post-game feedback tools.
• Process payments, refunds, chargeback reviews, and streamer payouts.
• Investigate abuse, fraud, no-shows, or violations of platform rules.
• Comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

4. Sharing and Processors

4.1. Information Shared with Streamers

To run a session, streamers may see your chess username, queue position, selected tier, and any notes you intentionally submit with that request.

4.2. Third-Party Providers

• Stripe: Payment processing and payouts.
• Firebase / Google Cloud: Authentication, storage, and application infrastructure.
• Ably: Real-time messaging and live session state.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

5. Payment Security

All card and payout details are handled directly by Stripe. ZAYN APP PORTAL does not store raw card data. We retain only the transaction data reasonably required for receipts, reconciliation, refund review, and legal compliance.

6. Retention

• Active Accounts: Retained while needed to provide the service.
• Deleted Accounts: Removed or anonymized where legally permitted after closure processing.
• Payment and Dispute Records: Retained as required by commercial, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Aggregated Analytics: May be kept in anonymized form for service improvement.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent for personal data that we process.

8. Streamer Responsibilities

• Use user data only to provide sessions through the platform.
• Do not export, reuse, or sell user data outside the platform.

• Report suspected misuse or breaches to ZAYN APP PORTAL without delay.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep users signed in, preserve preferences, and support core application behavior. We do not run advertising trackers on these legal pages.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes may be announced by email or through a prominent notice on the platform.
