Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Rule

Priority queue purchases are generally final once the paid queue entry has been placed. The service being purchased is queue priority, not a guaranteed game result, rating result, or coaching outcome.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A manual refund review may be considered if:

• The streamer never conducts the session after successful payment.
• The streamer ends the live session before reaching the paid queue position.
• A verified platform-side technical fault prevents the paid session from being completed.

3. When a Refund Will Not Be Granted

• User-side connectivity problems, device issues, or browser issues.
• No-shows, missed turns, or failure to join when called.
• Late arrivals after the streamer has already moved on to the next player.
• Dissatisfaction with the session outcome where the paid queue placement was delivered.

4. No-Shows and Cancellations

If a streamer invites you to a session and you are not present and ready, the streamer may skip, cancel, or optionally re-add you at their discretion. In that situation, the paid queue placement has already been delivered and no refund is owed.

5. Streamer Accountability

Streamers who repeatedly fail to serve paid queue entries may be subject to payout holds, refund offsets, or account review. ZAYN APP PORTAL may issue refunds on the streamer's behalf and deduct the refunded amount from pending payouts where appropriate.

6. How to Request Review

Refund review requests must be sent within 24 hours of the affected session and should include the relevant transaction reference, queue reference, or match identifier.
