Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 23, 2026

Important: ChessFeed.live is a free-to-use platform. The only payment a user can make is an optional fee to skip the queue for priority placement. This policy governs refunds for that optional priority queue fee only.

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Priority Queue Submissions

Payments made for the optional "Priority Queue" service are non-refundable once the requested session has been added to the queue. The platform is free to use; this fee is strictly for the expedited service of placing your request at the front of the line. By selecting this, you acknowledge the service is fully rendered upon queue entry.

No-Shows and Cancellations

If a Streamer invites you to a session and you fail to join promptly ("No-Show"), the Streamer has full discretion to skip you or cancel your turn. You are not entitled to a refund for missed turns or cancellations resulting from a failure to be present when called.

2. Exceptions (Streamer Availability)

While all sales are final, we protect you against streamer absence. A refund may be considered via Manual Review if:

  • The Streamer fails to conduct your session after successful payment.
  • The Streamer ends their live session before reaching your position in the queue.
  • You must report the issue within 24 hours via support@chessfeed.live with your Match ID or transaction reference.

3. Technical Faults

If a session cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure on the part of the Platform (ChessFeed.live), users will be issued a full refund or a credit for a future session. This does not cover user-side issues such as local internet outages or device failures.

4. Streamer Refund Responsibility

Streamers who repeatedly fail to serve paid queue participants may have their payout withheld and their account reviewed. ZAYNHQ PORTAL reserves the right to issue refunds on behalf of the Streamer and deduct the refunded amount from the Streamer's pending payouts.

5. Dispute Resolution

All refund requests must be submitted to support@chessfeed.live. ZAYNHQ PORTAL reviews each case individually. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in permanent account suspension. We aim to resolve all refund disputes within 7 business days.
