Terms of Service

1. Business Identity

These Terms govern your use of ChessFeed.live. The platform is owned and operated by ZAYN APP PORTAL, a Sole Establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under License No. 1618454 and Commercial Register No. 2847459. The current license holder is MOHAMMED A A MAAMRI.

2. Nature of the Service

ZAYN APP PORTAL acts as a technical intermediary that helps users join live sessions with independent streamers and chess creators.

• We do not employ streamers or instructors.
• We do not guarantee the quality, outcome, or educational value of any session.
• The actual live interaction is between the user and the streamer.
• The platform is free for standard queue access, with optional paid priority queue placement.

3. Interactive Board and Session Tools

The board, queue, chat, timers, and session tools are provided as technical features to support live educational and entertainment sessions. They are communication and workflow tools, not gambling, betting, or prize-match services.

4. No Gambling Policy

Wagering, betting, money matches, or any form of gambling is strictly prohibited. Users pay only for queue priority or streamer time where applicable. Any attempt to turn the service into a gambling product may result in immediate suspension or termination.

5. Code of Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, impersonation, or fraud.
• No spam, unauthorized promotion, or queue manipulation.
• No engine use or outside assistance during live play unless the session explicitly allows analysis tools.
• Streamers must maintain professional conduct and a good-faith effort to serve paid queue entries.

6. No-Shows and Queue Cancellations

When you join a queue, you are responsible for being present and ready when called.

• If you are not present, the streamer may skip you, cancel your turn, or optionally re-add you later.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds once the paid queue placement has been delivered.
• Refund review is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Payments, Fees, and Commission

• Stripe processes platform payments and payouts.
• Standard queue access is free.
• The only user-facing paid feature is optional priority queue placement.
• ZAYN APP PORTAL retains a flat 20% commission on platform priority queue transactions, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• Streamers receive the remaining payout share subject to Stripe requirements, disputes, or holds.

8. Streamer Terms

• Streamers are independent contractors and are responsible for their own compliance obligations.
• Streamers remain responsible for the content they create and any third-party rights implicated by that content.
• Repeated failure to serve paid queue entries may result in review, payout holds, or account suspension.
• Public profile data may be displayed by ZAYN APP PORTAL for platform and promotional purposes.

9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Services

Platform software, branding, and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Analysis features may use open-source components such as Stockfish. ChessFeed.liveis independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Chess.com or Lichess.org.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ZAYN APP PORTAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the platform, stream interruptions, user behavior, or interactions between users and streamers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be handled in the courts of Dubai unless applicable law requires otherwise.
